This house had never been renovated. Complete redesign of the heating, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as refurbishing of all the woodwork. Demolition of a wall between the kitchen and the living room to create a modern Open-Space, combined living room & kitchen. Renovation of the outside walls, and creation of a wood terrace.
